What do terrorists want? For their targets to be in a state of constant anxiety. What is one of the primary goals of counterterrorism? Keeping people level-headed. Not numb, not heedless--sober.
Therefore, by definition, the Aqua Teen Hunger Force fiasco in Boston is the exact opposite of counter-terrorism. (Counter-counter-terrorism?) Since this kind of hysterical overreaction runs exactly counter to the real war against terrorists, will any officials lose their jobs over this?
You better watch for those Lite Brights. They are Islamofascists.

Especially after all the federal dollars allegedly spent on upgrading the counterterrorism cabilities of local, county, and state governments to respond. I guess they forgot to fund programs about distinguishing imagined threats from real ones.
