James Fallows has an excellent and detailed summary in The Atlantic Monthly of the warnings the Bush Administration had about the risks of the Iraq War. A great reference article, even if we've already seen the individual bits and pieces of the story in different places.
Wikipedia had an awesome comprehensive article on the "predicted effects of invading Iraq". As of the day of the invasion, there were several dozen effects that had been predicted, most by credible parties. You can see in the page history that these things were on the record (at Wikipedia at least) before the invasion. And that's just a bunch of trolls. It's hard to imagine that the Pentagon with all its cash can't come up with just as many predicted effects...

i believe that quality comes first before quantity..though it is needed to have enough numbers of words..
